Blowing up Vesuvios right or wrong?
Serious answers only… was Tony wrong for blowing up Arties restaurant? I mean that hit was gonna happen regardless since Junior woulda just waited until the restaurant opened back up. So not only did Artie get the insurance money he also didn’t have to worry about a murder in his restaurant killing his business( no pun intended). Now I get it at the bbq Tony Sil and Paulie where gaslighting and manipulating like a mf. But still all in all was it the right thing to do or wrong?

It was right to go to extreme measures to protect a friend, but destroying his livelihood to do it was wrong because it's a half-measure.
By doing it this way, it protects Artie while keeping Junior from being able to directly start a beef about it. If you're wanting to protect him all the way, go all the way in risking Junior's wrath and take out Malanga yourself on your own terms, well away from the restaurant. Hell, given Junior's insecurities, Tony could've played him into letting it slide so long as Junior got the credit for it all.
