Blowing up Vesuvios right or wrong?

Serious answers only… was Tony wrong for blowing up Arties restaurant? I mean that hit was gonna happen regardless since Junior woulda just waited until the restaurant opened back up. So not only did Artie get the insurance money he also didn’t have to worry about a murder in his restaurant killing his business( no pun intended). Now I get it at the bbq Tony Sil and Paulie where gaslighting and manipulating like a mf. But still all in all was it the right thing to do or wrong?

When my dad was a kid, just out of the navy, some guys came to him, asking for his help in blowing up a restaurant. He wanted nothing to do with it.

They filled a pot with gasoline, turned on the oven with pilot light off, turned on the burner. They thought when the gasoline boiled, it would hit the flame, ignite, boom.

Instead, the fumes hit the flame, boom.

They were both burned over most of their bodies, begging for someone to put them out of their misery. They both died within 24 hours.
