Jackie robbing the card game.

Silvio says that Jackie shot at 2 made guys,but there were 4 of them there- Gene, Christopher, Albert and Furio. So two of them probably didn't have the makings of a varsity made guy.

Furio seems to have his own special honorary status from the other side, not coming up through the standard heirarcy "on the books" with NY

I don't really know Albert's status at this point in the timeline; he speaks for Larry, but heck, glasses guy even could speak for John in a pinch. If he wasn't already made when Larry went away; no one else was made recently except Chris and Gene. We can assume Albert is made by the time he's in the room for "died on the vine." But that was much later.

He's acting capo when Larry is in prison, he's absolutely made the whole time we know him. Why would Richie Aprile be asking for support in a coup from an associate

John Gotti wasn’t a made guy before the McBratny murder but was still running a crew.afyer he did time for the murder, he got made and immediately was bumped up to a captain. So it can happen
