Discussion Song recommendations
I discovered Tigran through the Meshuggah reddit a couple of years ago and fell in love with Out of The Grid. However, I haven't been able to find a lot of songs that has the same feel, so I'm wondering if I could get some recommendations.
The songs I like so far are Entertain Me, Vortex, To Negate, The Curse and the one I mentioned above. I live for the heavy, groovy breakdowns parts!! Also, I am of course seeking songs from Tigran, but if you have any other suggestions, feel free to drop them too! I love Knower/Clown Core, mouse on the keys, etc.

In his latest album he went back to some pretty heavy stuff, half of the songs have seriously impressive breakdowns, some of which I still haven't fully wrapped my head around. If you want a high concentration of daunting riffs "The Bird Of A Thousand Voices" is your right bet 👍

Red Hail, Mockroot, The Call Within and The Bird of a Thousand Voices have a lot of his heavier tracks.

Here's one you won't find in the discography - Erishta Revisited. https://youtu.be/3xKomu2P9FA

All of them, seriously, just listen to every album. Preferably multiple times, Mockroot, the call within, red hail, shadow theater and bird of a thousand voices probably will align with what you’re looking for, at least most songs. But, all his albums are actually great.
For other artist that scratch that same itch for me, Animals as Leaders, The Contortionist, Sungazer, Joshua de la Victoria, Faraj Suleiman (album as much as it takes), Helene Vogelsinger, Mestis, The ancient mental, The Surrealist, Leprous. There are others, but my memory is failing me.
