What is in what you call taco rice? Like mexican red rice?

Hahaha no, it's literally just meat with taco seasoning on top of rice 😂 it was my family's poor meal growing up and it's one of my favorite easy meals! I usually make ground turkey and add lettuce, tomatoes (tonight I used Rotel), a little cheese, avocado if I have it.

My family calls it taco rice, so that's my little culture and what I call it. But yes, burrito bowl works too!

I tried, but I accidentally overcooked it 🙃 it was still yummy though! And 35g protein, but could've been bumped up with a larger serving of meat probably.
