CoolUses ... so now that windows 11 is raining ads and after sucking mints on other laptop, I want Linux on my Cf33 Mk1
.... as above, and is there some easy one stop shopping for drivers and is there a distro just drops in, no fuss... looking for tips - bored of slow fat bloat and attempts to herd me into the windows cattle shed

I run mint on a cf-31 and it’s basically flawless. Not sure if that translates to the 33.

Just my opinion...Windows 10 and 7 are still actually viable OS. It's your browser; not your OS, that needs to have the latest updates and whatnot. Again, just my opinion.

I've never had any issues with Pop!_ OS on my CF-33.
