Y'all really blow this shit out of proportion.

TLOU1 got one remaster and one remake, and TLOU2 got one remaster with new content.

The entire Uncharted trilogy also got remastered for PS4.

The Crash trilogy also got remakes.

And Naughty Dog is developing a new IP.

Also to put into perspective the uncharted trilogy remaster wasn’t done by naughty dog at all. It was outsourced to Blueprint Games to do.

And the first TLOU1 remaster really isn’t the same kind of remaster most companies due to it was literally only because TLOU1 released at the end of the ps3 life cycle. The “remaster” was released almost exactly 1 year after the original came out and that was more just a PS4 port since PS4 couldnt do backwards compatibility with PS3 games.

The biggest overall issue is Sony not wanting to wait to release TLOU1 remake until TLOU2 remastered was ready and just bundle the games at the $70 price point. Had they done that, then there really wouldn’t have been any of this blow back on the whole remake/remastering.
