Travel Inquiry Learn to Snowmobile?

Hello everyone! I'm looking to visit the UP in February for the Winter Carnival at Michigan Tech. While visiting, I would like to try Snowmobiling. Is there anywhere that I could learn/rent a snowmobile for a couple hours to try it out? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Lots of rental places around. Try it out! It's a lot of fun.

It's easy, learn the rules if you go on trails or public roads. I'd never done it, first time was a week rental, it became a yearly thing for awhile.

Don't go at night on weekends. Too many Chads barhopping.

Snowmobiling is a lot of fun if you were the proper clothing to keep you warm. If you get cold I’d isn’t fun.

Stay off the main trails, city boys go too fast, that's all they know. Try to find some powder, ask a local to show you, it's similar to a jet ski in the deep snow.

Avoid the barbed wire fences.

Not much to learn. You sit on your butt, throttle and steer.
