Resident || Q&A TIE renewal for permanent residency, modelo 790

Hi!
Does anyone know which option to choose on the Modelo 790, Código 012 for upgrading a temporary 5-year TIE to a permanent one under the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement? The form seems to have changed since I last looked at it.

I'm guessing its "TIE que documenta la autorización de residencia de larga duración o larga duración-UE."

I can’t even get my initial TIE appt . Has anyone had luck? I’m checking multiple times a day but I think I may have to succumb to the mafia
