Visitor || Q&A Guitar stores in valencia and other stuff

Hi everyone, gonna spend a week in Valencia with my wife this month. I've never been in Spain, so I'm gonna go with usual turist stuff ofc, but as guitar player (rock/metal player mainly) I'd love to visit some music and guitar stores. Any ideas which ones are worth takin a look?

Also, a good bakery/pastry shop near La Saidia district?

Oh btw, is it worth buying the Valencia turist card for public transports?

The best I know is Valencia Musical, right by the Àngel Guimerà metro stop, but I'm sad to say there's not much overall apart from this one. The Union Musical stores may have something, mainly at Nuevo Centro, but they are more classical guitar oriented. Outside of that probably neighborhood stores that if I had to guess, won't have much.

And bakeries, La Zaidía is a big neighborhood but I think u will have no problem at all finding some. In the zone nearest to the old river I'm positive there are a few.
