It's a pretty flag, but I did a reverse Google image search, and that was no help. Has been outside waving for the last few days and I've seen my neighbor swap out different flags before and they're all recognizable.

From Wikipedia:
The Estonian Workers' Commune was a government claiming the Bolshevik-occupied parts of Republic of Estonia as its territories during the Estonian War of Independence and the Russian Civil War. It was recognised as an independent state only by the Russian SFSR, on December 7th, 1918.

Seen in the Wrightington Hotel near Wigan, I asked staff if anyone knows but apparently the owner of the place is a bit of a collector.

Best picture I could get as I was driving. I looked online as I thought it might be a WW1 era German flag, but I didn’t find match. Is it possible it’s a nazi flag?

On 26 August 2004 Elista, the capital city of the Russian republic of Kalmykia, adopted a new flag.
The Kalmyks are of Mongolian origin and most are of the Buddhist faith. An official description of the flag's symbolism does not appear to be available, but the flag of Kalmykia also employs blue and yellow, the former symbolising the sky, eternity, and steadiness, and the latter representing the sun, the people and the religious faith of the nation. The charge in the upper hoist of Elista's flag appears to be a sun, symbolising life, generosity, prosperity and happiness; its colour recalls the red tassels worn by the Kalymyks.

Earlier this summer I saw this flag in Vaasa, Finland. It was flying at the market square of Palosaari. Does any one know what it is? Flag of Palosaari?

(No, I am not joking or exaggerating in any way) So I live in rural Alberta and my very old neighbour (hes 89) flew this thing once for ONE HOUR then he took it down. This is my best recreation of it, though I tried talking to him about it. He says he got it from his great uncle though he doesnt really know what it is or what it was even for (couldnt take any pictures, he doesnt really like that). Hopefully anyone could help me like seriously.

I know the Angkor Wat is a very important element of Cambodia, but I always wondered how it would look like if it was replaced by de coat of arms, i opened the Flag Maker Jr. Plus, made the flag without the Angkor Wat, downloaded the coat of arms and put in there.

The left one is the original, reading "The City of Taichung". The pattern on the new flag is the Emblem of the Taichung City Government, featuring one of the city's most renowned tourist attractions, Taichung Park Pavilion.

Hi everyone. I took this picture last year in a music shop in Manchester. Some flags I recognise, and are easily identifiable, and some I do not. I think its mostly African/Caribbean ones. Are some of these former national flags?

The Dacians were the people inhabiting today's Romania before the romans conquered them. They mixed with the romans and became today's romanians. This flag represents their main symbol, the Dacian Draco, in the centre of a Dacian swastika, on a St. Andrew's cross, the apostle that made the daco-romans Christian in the 1st century CE.
What do you think?
