I have only an SD and wish I had a rambler for my keys instead but as does 90% but the Philips and bottle opener and better open knife and scissor layout make the ramber the best

Agree, that is my EDC. I carried a Classic SD for many years. My son gave me a Rambler for my birthday, but after a few years, I lost it. I ordered one with dark blue scales with my name in white from Victorinox and absolutely love it.

Best 58 mm imo. Scissors and nail file takes care of personal hygiene (nails and skin flakes) in a pinch….the scissors are amazing…pen blade opening away from the ring makes it a permanent addition to the keychain, as it doesn’t bother operating it at all…and the crème de la crème - the combi tool…small screwdriver (opens much larger screws than designed), bottle opener, wire stripper (in combination with the blade)…scale tools - tweezers and toothpick.

What else can one want from something that is the size of a pendrive.

It has found a permanent place in my EDC pouch…and will never leave.

To each their own…I have a dedicated pen in my edc pouch…so don’t miss it. Moreover where i live, sourcing replacements is a hassle…I broke the pen tip of my manager and couldn’t find a replacement for it (at reasonable rates). Manager is obviously an upgrade, but only where spares are available.

I damaged the previous ones while experimenting something…surface warped and the insignia got dislodged. Went for the green scales…love them.
