I can't decide between the cadet or sportsman. Please help!

Yeah eventually lol. I carry a swiss card so scale tools aren't a must.

Cadet is noticeably smaller so if you have a Swiss card I’d go with that

I have both, i prefer the Sportsman in general, by far.

The Cadet is a great Alox SAK, but for me it's just too thin to continuously use it comfortably.

So I have a rambler and that's as thin as id want to go. Is the cadet thinner than the rambler or roughly the same thickness?

the Sportsman's my favourite Victorinox of them all... the Alox knives look good, but I'd miss the scale tools, and my wife likes wine, so use the corkscrew regularly.

I do like the corkscrew for the fire ant stuff. Nice to have it in an emergency.

If there was a cellidor Cadet I’d go for that! But I value the scale tools slightly more than the thinness, so Sportsman for me.
