Help What is this panel from?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I was scrolling through the panels on my vita and this one caught my eye! Any idea which game this art is from?

I think it and the one above it are from Eye of Judgement.

EDIT: Found the card, it's called Aluhjan Regeneration (Eye of Judgement was a card game if you didn't know)

Kinda reminds of Destiny of Spirits but I might be wrong since I wasn't able to find that spirit which I assume would be a water one.

Do the panels load really slow for you guys when scrolling through them and some not at all? I actually use this exact same panel and even sometimes after PSN inactivity my profile panel defaults to blank (null).
