Meta Zw*ihänder and other systems

Can we have a discussion about Zw*ihänder and other systems on this subreddit? We both have r/WarhammerOldWorldRPG and r/.gr*mandperilous/ that cater to these game systems, and can do a much better job at giving those who seek information about those games than here. I understand that back in the day, it was useful to have a catch-all term for these sorts of games that exists in the world, But whenever somehting is posted on about atleast one of these systems, there are always an overwhelming ammount of negative reactions. Including Old world RPG aswell adds more things to juggle when it comes discussing systems, ideas and such.

A vote might be in order?

This subreddit is WFRP-specif. Sure that you can mention other systems if they are relevant, but why should we have in-depth discussion about other systems on this subreddit?

Zweihander gets negative reactions because of it's creator. As you mentioned yourself, Grim and Perilous and TOW have their own dedicated subreddits already - and since this is WFRP-dedicated subreddit most people propably won't have extensive knowledge about them.

And besides that, I haven't seen here any negativity about TOW content and discussions about it - quite the opposite - it's frequently recommend for checking out to newcomers who want to get into WFRP but don't like parts of the system.

If you want to have discussion about different systems or get people well versed in different systems to speak their opinions you can post in r/rpg.

Including Old world RPG aswell adds more things to juggle when it comes discussing systems, ideas and such. As I have said above TOW as a system is mentioned here quite often when we are discussing system differences, but TOW-specific rules and it's new releases should be discussed on TOW subreddit - that's the entire point of it.

Yes, they are welcome here in general, but that doesn't change the fact that the subreddit is WFRP-specific (not WFRP-exclusive) so people won't know much about different systems.
