But what about the time stone and also by the logic we would say captain America is faster than light because he was able to react to lasers

There's countless verses who claim their characters are FTL off laser dodging lol. Cap is not one of them.

Uh sure thanos can rewind time to get clapped until he gives up

You can give Thanos the Gauntlet with all of the Stones and the Snap wouldn’t even tickle Goku.

The Snap is “only” universal. Current Goku is so orders of magnitude above just universal that it’s not even funny.
