The Longest Yard (2005), Guards vs Cons

Taking everything observed in the movie, and assuming fair playing situations, who would realistically win? On one hand, we have a football team of athletic prison guards with an MVP NFL caliber quarterback with little experience playing football let alone playing with each other. On the other hand, you have a team of athletic (maybe slightly less than the cons) group of prison guards who have played football multiple years together.
