Battle Daredevil (MCU) vs Peacemaker (DCEU)

Both start 20 meters apart. Both have all of their gear. Fight is won through the last man standing by either the death, incapacitation or BFR of all other opponents.

I mean considering Peacemaker gets pieced up by a knock-off Daredevil in the form of Judo Master throughout season 1 of his own show I'd argue a straight fist fight between him and Matt is definitely going in Matt's favor, and even with Peacemaker having guns and knives and the like I don't think that'll cause Matt too much trouble considering he routinely fights and wins against Bullseye who is just a way better marksman than Chris. But Chris does have actual superpowered helmets that grant him a lot of defensive and offensive tools which could turn the fight in his favor if he happens to be wearing the right helmet at the start of the fight and Matt doesn't know about them.

It should also, I feel, be noted that where this fight takes place is important, because Matt is highly proficient in stealth and in any environment where he can use that tactic he'll gain an immediate advantage. Because, even though Chris can use stealth to some degree himself and he does have a helmet that would allow him to see Matt through walls, not only would Chris not be able to hide from Matt's super senses, he'd also only be able to use the X-ray helmet at the cost of any of the helmets that grant him actually useful abilities for a fight he probably can't win without them.

So, overall, I feel like a random encounter between Matt and Chris could go either way with the outcome largely depending on Chris's luck and what helmet he happens to have on at the start of the fight as well as where the fight takes place. If Chris is lucky and happens to have on one of his stronger helmets in a good environment where Matt can't use stealth to close the distance on him then Chris holds the advantage and will probably win, but if he isn't? Yeah Matt can absolutely piece up the Peacemaker with straight hands.
