Literally the only Primarch who doesn’t get curbstomped is Magnus and that’s because, as usual, Psyker shenanigans. None of the Primarchs — save Magnus, of course — have any business fighting One Piece high/top-tiers.

Even magnus gets got by most one-piece high/top tiers due to the insane difference in speed, anime speed is just on another level

Yeah, true. It’s pretty much: If they immediately blitz him, then he just dies. If not, then he can pull off a win. He’s the only one who has any chance at all.

Oh yeah a lot of the characters without observation haki have a pretty good chance of getting caught monologuing, it's one piece characters favorite pastime

This just made me realize Magnus is the only one without a match, here. lol

But yeah, aside from Magnus due to obvious psyker stuff, there’s not really a point where any of these characters have decent matchups (save for Fulgrim and a much, much earlier Zoro, I guess). The Primarchs are either at base level and get utterly smoked, or they’re one of the ridiculous versions from when they were powered up during a specific event — Daemon Prince Angron during Arks of Omen: Angron, Daemon Prince Magnus during War Zone Fenris: Wrath of Magnus, or Horus Ascended during The End and the Death: Volume III.

The fight potential’s just not really there.

Let’s say I change it to where the traitor primarchs are their chaos/daemon versions. Could they win their respective matchups now? Obviously they can’t be killed, but would the One Piece characters be able to defeat them and send them back to the warp or do the traitor primarchs take it with this change?
