I usually just ignore the comment threads that devolve into pettiness. We've had the debate multiple times, I'm hoping that THIS is the one where we finally can be mature about it.

i think it'd be ok. A lot of the people on DBZ's side are gone or whatever, so it's fine as long as flutter doesn't start a shitfest

As someone who is on the DBZ side o the argument, I've just given arguing because at least 90% of the time you can't hold a rational conversation with the Superman side. Most of the conversations I've tried to have have devolved into the Supes supporters telling me that child Goku feats don't count because he hasn't done them since and that light is slower than light. It pretty much comes down to them saying "Superman wins because I deliberately ignore everything that Goku can do". Not saying that everyone is like that, just that, in my experience, it happens so often that it is pointless to try to find the people that are actually willing to talk so I (and possibly a lot of others) have given up trying to have the conversation.
