So he's pretty much a telekinetic person that can see/pick up at the speed of a bullet but requires a lot of concentration and it tires him out rather fast?

I wouldn't say he can see a bullet. If he knows a bullet is coming he can stop it, but he could be shot in the back. And aside from moving something in front of himself ripping the gun from someone's hand there's nothing he'd be able to do about machine gun fire.

As for tiring, it'd be equivalent to a master swordsman wielding a sword. He'd tire just as quickly. Lifting heavier or more objects won't tire him faster, but does require much more concentration.
