Special Tournament of Power 2: Judgement Day
What is the Tournament of Power?
The tournament of Power, is a tournament all about debate (and strong characters). Everyone who wants in can submit 3 characters, and debate other users in a elimination style tournament and eventually proceed to become the greatest debater in WhoWouldWin history,
Submission Rules
Your characters must be able to 4/10 - 8/10 Kingdom Come Superman Superman will be in character, However your characters will be bloodlusted for the in tier fight. meaning that they will use all of there power to defeat superman, but superman will be in character.
Now on to the specifics.
Speed = Equalized, set at Light speed movement/combat speeds Projectiles retain original speed
Arena: All fights start off in my hometown of Goderich Ontario Canada and can move anywhere in the world after that.
Absolute defenses must have a viable achievable workaround.
No infinite regen/absolute immortality.
No absolute time stop.
No causality manipulation.
Limited TP is allowed.
Soul hax must be resistible.
Matter manipulation cannot be on a level deeper than molecular.
Fight is to KO, Death or Incap,
Abilities such as speed buffs/ debuffs are still effective to a limited extent
Fighters are fully in-character however they will work with any character paired with them if need be.
Other Stuff
Please provide a respect thread if you can. If you can not provide a respect thread one will be appointed to you. (no but seriously, List of feats or something please)
Tourney Rules
Debates will be free form, you and your opponent will both be allowed to retort as many times as you can within the time limit of that round (3 maybe 4 days for one round)
Winners of a round are determined by voting on who debated better not necessarily on whose charters are stronger.
All tourney participants must vote. Non-participants are allowed to vote, however their account must be 3 months old or older.
After submissions are over, Tribunal will be held for people to debate other people's choices. This is to make sure characters who are too strong get replaced with better choices.
1 vs. 1 singles matches between all the characters. Character submission order does not matter, the characters who fight each other will all be randomly chosen.
Your characters will have basic knowledge of who their teammates are and what they do. No prep time at all. Thanks to all who participate, and let the best debater win.
Sign ups will be here until November 16th, Tribunal will follow immediately after.

I think Scion would fit, according to the rules (only iffy bit is the matter manipulation and how Stilling compares to that), though Valkyrie is a scary motherfucker in her own right.
It always makes me sad that, due to being a fic character, Keter typically goes unused in WWW debates. Good on you!
Don't forget to account for all of his flow-of-time-fucking, mid-battle, batshit insane plans within plans within plans. There's a lot of high-tier craziness being thrown around here (I spy Composite Gold Saints and Composite DC/Marvel S-tiers, for example), but this is the character to munchkin with. Good luck.
