worst case it's vinegar.

Can you drink safely? Yes. Will they be enjoyable? Not necessarily. Most likely the taste is not bad, but it might be muted and flat.

Premier Cru Chablis can be aged for quite a while, though this might be stretching it a bit. Pop it, it might be fantastic or it might be a bit over the hill.

The other two I would not expect anything from, but they won't be dangerous to consume.
