To this day I'm still surprised that Marvel pushed so hard with Carol as "Captain" Marvel. They took a top 20 selling book (the 2006 series) and turned it into something that could barely stay in the top 100 - relaunching it several times, just to have it fail several times until enough time had gone by that people started forgetting how much better Carol as Ms. Marvel was.

Still pisses me off. They wanted their own version of Wonder Woman, but they absolutely did not need to ruin her design and change her character like that. She used to be iconic, but now she is just… bland

There's a difference. She wasn't treated as exotic and a piece of ass. She just looked good in it while fighting villains.same with Emma. Psylocke just became ass.

I miss everything about old Carol. Her as Captain Marvel is either boring or flat out aggravating. As much as I like Kamala Khan, I also real wish we got the interesting and fun Ms. Marvel Carol back
