in more words, if an electron were to be added to every atom in your body, you'd just violently explode. this is because the electrons force the atoms to be highly unstable and charged, leading to a massive release of energy, disintegrating the body

No. 1 molecule is too insignificant. There are 10^11 molecules of anything in your cell at least.

1 molecule being anything else won't change anything because it is in too low of a conc( literally near zero)
