My guess is she checked out the location ahead of time. And then outlined and base painted the church in prep. I bet she also has the couple pre-painted as well given the more generic body shapes. All she has to do after that is add their faces and make small corrections during the wedding. Thats why the brides body doesn’t really look like her.
On the other hand, it should be pretty obvious that as a painter, you paint people and their bodies a little more... favourably on their wedding day.
But I do agree, there's almost certainly a lot of prep and pre-done work involved. The artist didn't just sit down on the day of the wedding and painted this in 2 hours.
